Saying Goodbye..

Just two days ago, God sent a beautiful baby girl to heaven. After just 6 short months on this Earth and after 6 precious months of bringing doctors, nurses, and friends to Christ, Ryan Lynn Clifford passed away. She's a family friends baby, my parents have a bond with this couple and have mentored them through the birth of their first born. At times, I question God, I wonder how on Earth he can send a baby to this Earth, specifically knit her inside her mothers womb and give only a few months for the child to live. As heartbreaking as it was and is, this baby impacted this world in a way that most people won't do in their whole 70+ years of living. God sent Ry Ry to change the world. God sent her to show people that you can fight, you can survive and your testimony can be created in a matter of months. This masterpiece was a perfect example of God sending someone to this Earth for a short while to change peoples lives forever. Ry Ry succeeded, although she isn't here anymore, her testimony will never die, better yet, it will live on for all of eternity....
Even the Littlest Hearts can stop beating but the soul will live on forever..

"Beautiful Things"

God overwhelms me with the beautiful creations he knitted by his own hands! This song deeply explains how incredible our God  really is!

He makes beautiful things....out of dust! That's an amazing GOD!

Why Not Start Today?

New Years Eve....People across the world celebrate it. We stare at a TV and watch the countdown in the center of New York city, we anxiously wait for the ball to drop when the clock reads 0. New years resolutions are made, kisses are given, and endless nights are created. When in all actuality, there is only one thing that changes, and that simply is the change from one year to the next..

What amazes me as I look around this room where people are gathered, there are loads of food and drinks, party hats and fireworks. The big question is......how come every day we don't celebrate as if we are madly in love with the life we are given? We are given another day on Earth and yet no one gets thanks for that. No one excites and celebrates for every blessed day they are given ...no, we expect to wake up, feet hit the floor, coffee in the pot...we assume we will awake from each sleep. It's as if our society has been warped to believe that we can celebrate for the New Year and create these resolutions but....absolutely nothing changes about your daily activities, no new lovers cross your path, nothing changes, unless...you make a change.

Every year, every year people create a New years resolution. My only question is how come you have to wait a whole year to begin. God gave you 365 days to choose from and you wait for that 1. Why? I like to think that motivates people to do something and make that change. But really, on January 15th, when you're back at school/work, all your daily activities have piled up yet again, are you still able to achieve those resolutions you've been waiting and longing to do??? In my opinion, start today. Start any day! The choice is yours and you can do anything you want if you simply set your mind to it. GO and do it today! There is no reason to wait for tomorrow, for you never know what is yet to come...

Praying for tomorrow...
